Our senior partner, Audi Gozlan PhD is highly implicated in Academia, publishing corporate and banking law articles in legal journals and newsletters. Audi Gozlan is the author of various legal texts such as “Resolving Conflict of Law Issues in Matters of Letter of Credit” (Kluwer Law), “Bankers Acceptances” (Jewel), “Rank of Creditors Rights in Canada” (Jewel). He has also been published by such notable publishing houses as Carswell, and Butterworths.
